In 2010, the company unable to reach BEP. Break Even Point la mangkok~

So, I started to draft the plan. The stokis plan...the product...looking the website...now everything was under my control except duit.hahha.

I outlined the plan to expand the stokis strategy using new policy. We need to revise the policy if we want to make sure the company able to survive.

So, I was the one who proposed the stokis need to order some amount of quantity based on location. After calculated the projection, the company is expected to earn at least RM30k per month.

The CEO agreed to implement the strategy. Good! Senang keje aku!Hahah

Second, since the company produces weight loss product, I aimed to sponsor one of the celebrity. Korang nak tahu sapa?Hahha. Artis perempuan paling gemuk~hahah.dia buat bypass.

And right now..we are not just sponsoring her, but also her sister, brother in law and coming up soon, her mom as well~ 1 family transformation!

Yes. That is my achievement with the CEO!

Then, I moved to another part. Since Dr Aidil will join us, use that fella to promote the brand. Collaborate with Puspanita, Tv3, Tv1, and every single channel. Coz using Dr Aidil yang jambu tuh, I definitely guarantee the market will create a huge demand!

Tak sampai sebulan implement, one of the response received " If Dr Aidil, I yakin dengan product".

Wah~ Bagusnya Dr Aidil yang jambu ni.

Now.. move to another strategy. E-commerce. Yes. Internet Business. E-biz is one of my strength. I earned 5 figured pun drpd Internet Business. I proposed to CEO. "Akak, the web is so fucking stupid. You paid RM10k for that web; which I can developed for only RM1k. I want you to consider the affiliate system"

Then, she agreed. I was the one who created the affiliate system. Yes. Pelik kan? Aku yang buat kan?

Hahah. Biasanya aku outsource. But kali ni. NO WAY! Aku xkan bagi org project aku dapat.

Sebab aku dah bosan pk pasal orang.

Tak sampa 2 minggu, aku dah berjaya siapkan. Yeah~

Dalam bulan 3, akan di launch. and the company is expected to gain RM10k sebulan drpd affiliate system.

The next strategy... buy unwanted SKU, and rebranding.

Yes. This is what the CEO and I do right now. We are in the midst of negotiating with one of health product named CXXXXXXX.

Basically, the CEO of CXXXXXXX agreed untuk outright product. Yes~Satu achievement lagi.

Dah. aku tak nak reveal bebanyak. Nanti org cilok idea aku~haha.

Bak kata Hez: "Iz, strength ko marketing. Ko buat la sendiri"

Like I posted previously, I have 3 new plans to restart my life.

Since my resume was fully loaded with a lot of experiences during my employment at Talisman, I have to reset my career back to 0. Why? Because I didn't want same shit happens last November. Dapat phone call cakap dapat kerja, last2 tak dapat.

I submitted a lot of applications, to make sure I can survive. Only Allah knows, how hard to get interview invitation. Not only that, during interview, one question interviewers always asked me: "Why you left Talisman".

OMG. Of course I didn't want to reveal anything. So again. I have to keep Talisman's reputation. By using this default answer:" Talisman is a great company. I made big mistake in my life and I believe when my career breaks into pieces, I have to be ready to collect it and puzzle it again".

15 companies invited me; 13 can't accept my answer. Yes. it sounds hard kan?

Nak wat camner. I have to take it as a challenge. Maybe Allah Maha Berkuasa.

Then, I got Security Commission.~

Establish my own company

At one time, my ex-boss told me, if we want to be rich, we need to be entreprenuer. Do business. Makan gaji berapa lah sangat. Thanks to him. Before I met him pon, aku dah secure project drpd MARA dah. Tapi betul la apa die membebelkan tuh.

So, I registered two companies. Primavera and Harry mcKenzie. which both are my true weapon. Harry mcKenzie will soon to be converted to Sdn Bhd. but Primavera still remains as it is.

I asked Jack Sparrow to help me. And finally we got one potential prospect. At this point of time, I really grateful to Allah. I met a successful couple. Husband and wife. Both doing oil and gas company. Very successful. and down to earth. Not like that ex-UMNO woman!

Everything went smooth, presentation, ideas and etc. At the end of the day, I felt something weird. Why the hell I can feel I'm gonna work at that company?????

I told Jack that feeling. I didn't know why. But it happened right after I shaken my hands with the CEO. Seriously.

After two-weeks, Primavera had to do demo for a system. Which I used Clickbank as my foundation of marketing strategy. Jack unable to join coz helping his mom to hospital.

I met the CEO with Finance Manager. Verbally agreed to award project to Primavera. But, deeep inside my heart, I will not get the project but I will work for that company. Haih~Sigh Again.

What had crossed my mind was perfectly correct. The CEO's husband found out about the project and directly asked the CEO to call me and to meet me.

The CEO called me and just told me " Be Yourself okay?". I said " Ok!"

The meeting was held at one restaurant in The Curve. because of too nervous, ( I heard a lot of things about the husband!hahah), I went to wrong venue. Hahhaa. Padahal venue kat sebelah nyer. But I still sat at wrong restaurant to observe the husband who already been in that restaurant. I looked at the husband. OMG. That was the guy. Looks very serious and no wonder he's millionaire. I can feel the RED aura.

After crossed to wrong restaurant, and gained some confidence, I stepped to right venue, and greeted the husband. "Saya Iz, Primavera Enterprise".

The CEO wasn't there. OMG. ~ Sweating~ I need backup~~~~~

The conversation started. The first question : " How much capital do you have"

Oh Shit. That was the trap. I know myself. until now, I do not have enough money to do business.

"Not much. Just 5k". He responded "5k je? Macam mana nak wat business?".

Well, the way he responded definitely demoralize me. Please. Do not look down at me. (one of the reason why I left Titan Racing).

I started to rebut all the points he gave to me. Which almost 97% I disagreed.

The session last for 1.5 hours. OMG.

30 minutes before ended, the CEO arrived. And I didn't look much on her. Coz I was outburst with the way and questions been asked.

After the conversation, the husband asked me:

" kenapa kita tawaf belah kiri?"

Actually I know the answer. But I don't want to say it because I' not confident with the point that I know.

Then he said " Sebab hati kita terletak belah kiri. Dan kerana itulah apa-apa kita buat, hati kena menghadap kiblat". The husband need to go to somewhere. So, the CEO and me were left there.

Thinking of what been asked, and the points given by the husband, I learned a lot about business. Which some of them already known.

I started to sigh to the CEO. " Akak (I address her as akak), if I tak dapat projek ni, I need to join Security Commission." Then the CEO responded , " Setakat ni, insya Allah. verbally agreed"

Well. kun fayakun Allah~

Aku tak dapat project. But. the CEO wanted me to join her in that company.

Haih~ I didn't give any answer. Because I still thinking of Jack Sparrow. I met the CEO because of him. And I got the job because of him.

I owe you a lot Jack~ Seriously~

Then, before I give my answer, to join her or not... I got one phone call from Parkson. A meeting for that company to supply items~Friday

Argh~ Why it happened...

I have to report duty to SC on Friday~ OMG.

I asked my mom. Which one I have to choose. My mom; as usual replied " Kan ayah da pesan, semayang istikharah~". Argh, Serupa aku takyah tanya.:P

Then, I performed Istikharah, and reminisced one of my doa is " Ya Allah, temukanlah aku businessman yang betul2 buat business in Islamic ways."

From that moment, I got the confidence to join the CEO.

After meeting with Parkson, I lepak with the CEO.

First question I asked " What is my career progression"

Then, she responded something about shares of company.

I told her " Akak, I'm just 25 years old. I don't want to end up my life suffering like what had happened to me now. I don't mind about the pay. But, what I want is my future."

She replied " Yes. Akak paham. Tapi sampai bila Iz nak makan gaji~"

Erk. The problem was that time... The company is not mine. Hahha.

Then, she gave me some amount of money " Duit service buat kerja hari tuh"

Oh Shit. She gave me a lot of money.

After she left, I still smoking at Parkson Klang~

Thinking about her, my future and the husband~hahha

I looked at the money she gave me, I said, with this money, I'm gonna to prove to her husband...Without capital, I can help to boost the sales of the Company...
